Anything that explains the origins of the Abyss, the magical power Kat uses, the hints of Kat & Swann experiencing the time loop, and the relationship between Kat & Celine(maybe they're the same) would be nice. Pam could be there to help as a mentor-type of a side character

Pam also mentions she had friends like Swann's and she saw something strange in the woods during youth. She could play some kind of a mentor character if we get a direct sequel. I wonder how/when Abyss opens and closes, though. Has it been closed for 27 years after the ending?

It's unclear of what she remembers or not, but she doesn't forget everything related to that summer. More like her memory is scattered around and hard to grasp what exactly happened
