Thoughts menu on home and side bar

Hello, what do you think about adding Thoughts menu on the home page and side bar? It'll make the feature more accessible.
Edit: Since you're considering it, perhaps it could work better on the right of top bar? I think also adding new numbers(like the notification bell) or simply adding 'N' when there's something new on Thoughts could be nice 🙂

In Development | I am currently working on adding submenus for all sections that actually have subpages for quicker access. Regarding a new Thoughts count bubble, this is really technically already covered with Notifications because if you have Notifications on for new content that is relevant to you e.g. you are Following a Fan and they post a new Thought then you will already receive a Notification for it. Doubling up on count tickers/sounds for both Notifications and Activity (when they would cross over so often) would be mostly redundant and performance heavy. | |
In Consideration | I will consider it, but I may have to make the font size/spacing of the menu items smaller because I don't really want users to have to scroll the main menu too much. I may also add other items to the menu. One option is to have expandable/collapsible menus with submenus. I will look into it soon. |
