Since Kat already impacted Swann deeply (the Kat flower tattoo that she has in every scenario) I can't imagine what would have been if she never left I think you're right, she would be more confident and assertive
Pam seems to know a lot and we only get a glimpse of that...if the second game isn't a direct sequel to bloom & rage story, maybe it could be with her or someone she's acquainted with
